LUXURY VILLA RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

"Villa Anka" with the best location in the entire area is perfect place for romantic holiday or a great family vacation.

The villa has a new luxuriously appointed apartments name Ivona, Jan & Ivan.

IN APRIL 2019, WE ARE OPENING A BRAND-NEW SWIMMING POOL (8 x 4 metres).

The pool is private, and only guests from JAN, IVONA & IVAN Apartments will have access to it.

Our pool is 100% reliable, has no chemicals and chlorine, it works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations in the pool we put salt.

Salt water travels through the device, whereby by the process of electrolysis we extract chlorine from the salt. The chlorine water is appropriately purified and disinfected, then returned back into the salt.

There is no fear of harmful skin reactions, and even small children can swim unhindered.

Villa is situated on a perfect location, right to the small beach for our guests, 3 km long seaside promenade with many caffes, restaurants and tourist boats stops 50 meters from Villa and run to Trogir and Split.

In the Mediterranean ambient Villa Anka is only 2 km from the old town of Trogir (cover by UNESCO), with its intact historical and cultural values and an attractive present, in the very heart of the Adriatic amid lush Mediterranean vegetation, enjoying the luxury of peaceful nature and enchanting old town. Trogir is one of the oldest and most exciting cities on the Croatian side of Adriatic coast.

We can organize for you different excursions to the nearby towns, national parks and islands and give you all information.

We also can organize for you taxi from the airport to the Villa Anka.

Ap JAN is two bedrooms apartment situated at the top floor, ( cca 60 m2) included huge terrace (20 m2), with sea view from every room. The apartments has large terrace overlooking the sea, garden furniture and sun loungers, two bedrooms with absolutely sea view, spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area, air conditioning, free internet access, SAT LCD TV, separate entrance, using grill in garden, heated swiming pool, private parking lot.

You will be welcome in the Villa by owner or housekeeper who will be there in case of any problem related to the house during your stay.

Apartment JAN is within the Villa.

Our villa is small family business with tradition of 40 years.

“Location is great, close to the beach and bars, resturants”

The location was great if you just want the beach and bars/restaurants. Shopping for food is limited we found it difficult to get fresh vegetables and bread locally. The boat to Trogir was close and easy and there are plenty of shops there if you want them. The view from the balcony was amazing. For us we were disappointed with the apartment itself. Firstly we were not in the apartment that we booked. (Having emailed the owner apparently the apartments are advertised on several different sites so it seems that you just get an apartment rather than the one that you might be looking at). So I didn't have a washing machine which I needed because we were travelling on from Trogir. The apartment was also advertised as having a cooker - this was actually a hob with 2 rings, no oven no grill, so we spent more money eating out than we had planned. We also found the balcony furniture pretty uncomfortable which was a shame as the view was so lovely. We also had a pretty bad problem with ants, some mornings the kitchen was pretty full of them. Having said that we told the owner and they did come and put powder down on two occasions but it didn't really solve the problem. They also offered to do my washing but having waited in twice for them to sort the ants out I chose not to wait in again for them to collect the washing and just did it in the sink. The proximity to the beach was the saving factor on this holiday for us. Justin and Jo Aug 2018

Response from the owner Hello Jo, thank you for your brief feedback. Firstly I want to apologize because it wasn't what you expected. On the other hand, I am glad you liked the location and enjoyed the time spent there. All three apartments are listed on several booking platforms and all three apartments are the same. Only middle floor apartment doesn't have a washing machine. Upon the booking you haven't specified which apartment you want so I decided on my own, with the best intention, to reserve a middle floor apartment for you and your family. Of course, it's not in my interest to get a negative feedback from guests as I genuinely try hard and do my best to make my guests feel comfortable and cosy while staying in my apartments. Running this business for over 20 years now, I have learned that a feedback, being positive or negative, helps my business quality. Regarding the wooden chairs and it's comfort, every apartment has the same outdoor furniture, but different colours and I believe it's individual opinion if it's comfortable or not. We have never had complaints about that earlier. Moreover, none of the apartments has an oven and every kitchen is just as it was yours in apartment Ivona. My intention isn't to justify myself, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by giving you the middle floor apartment, which is usually the most popular and guests prefer it.
