The brand new villa offers you a luxurious accommodation experience with high level of privacy, ideal for families, couples and small groups of people. It is located in a quiet area, in a small village Plano which is just 6km from the city of Trogir and 25km from Split. Due to its perfect location by the Adriatic Sea on the Croatian Mediterranean coast, Trogir and Split are a great place to spend quality time with friends or family and explore it's history, monumental architecture and natural beauties.
The experience which you will get here is unique because the villa provides you perfect combination of modern architecture and traditional Mediterranean surroundings and atmosphere.
With 3000m2 of area and about 225m2 divided on two floors, this luxurious villa can accommodate 8 people or more.
In its modern decorated interior there are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, fitness, balconies, terrace with pool 30m2, garden with home-made, organic vegetables and parking places for two to three cars.
The villa has floor heating, fireplace and is fully air-conditioned and offers you comfort in and out of summer season.
