Holiday apartment in a fully enclosed luxury holiday villa in first row to the beach with a private panoramic sea view balcony and a communal swimming pool overlooking the sea, outdoor hot shower.
This luxury holiday villa, fenced and well secured with an alarm system, enjoys a sunny location in first row to the beach in a quiet residential area of the traditional Dalmatian village of Okrug Gornji on the west coast of the island of Ciovo, an ideal location for a relaxing beach holiday with friends or family far away from the tourist crowds.
The two storey villa was built in 1980 and has only recently been fully refurbished in 2013 when it was tastefully furnished and equipped with all the modern comforts you might need for a memorable holiday. Your fully air conditioned (hot/cold) 55 m² holiday apartment is on the second floor of the villa and offers a living-/dining area with integrated open plan kitchen, two bedrooms,bathrooms and toilete. The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a digital cable and satellite television with USB port and a dining table with chairs. The fully fitted kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, gas cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms has a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed, in the second bedroom you will find two 90 cm x 200 cm single beds. The sofa in the living area can be converted into an additional 160 cm x 200 cm double bed offering sleeping space for two children. Bathroom is equipped with a generous shower cabin, large wash basin with wall mirror and a toilet. A hairdryer is available for additional comfort. Upon request, a bed for a baby and a highchair can be made available. Reliable WLAN internet access is offered in the apartment free of charge.
From the living area you have direct access to your south facing private balcony furnished with a large table and four chairs. Spend some time admiring the sun set over the the sea and leave all your worries behind. An outer staircase leads from your apartment down to the 6 m x 4 m swimming pool which you share with the guests staying in the other two apartments. The swimming pool is a real highlight, here you can float in the cool water while taking in the panoramic views across the crystal clear sea. The pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and sun shades and an outdoor shower provides additional comfort. Secure parking spaces are available right in front of the villa on the enclosed premises.
Your holiday apartment is located literally just a few steps away from the beach where you will find a good choice of water sports on offer. The nearest shops are only about 100 m away and approximately 2km away you will find various cafes and restaurants.

the location is 5 km fromTrogir.you have public beach(stonely) 300 m,or 20 m in front and 300 m restaurant.I recomand other,500 m away Dalmacija Restoran.2 km away is Copacabana beach,from where you can take the boat for Trogir,every 15 min,and cost 20 luna/person(taxi is 100-150 kuna to trogir).the bridge who joined island to trogir is very busy after 8 a.m and inthe afternoon(in september).From trogir you can reach Split also by boat.Split is very beautiful(also Trogir).From Split you can visit island Brac,Vis,I recommand Hvar and Korcula. you go with rapid boat-by foot(is better),or with car by ferry if you want.the villa is very beautiful,have 3 app.I stay in a little app(50 m2-2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms),2 families,good for those who do not need more space.the other 2 are more larger.The villa have heated pool.we have a day without sun and the owner was gone for 2 days ,but close heating pool.
