This small but well-equipped villa is ideal for couples and small families who wish to enjoy a quiet and scenic location within walking distance of Tropea center and the beaches. Infinity pool with saltwater and hydromassage area in the garden.
Walking to the town center is 15 minutes. The nearest amenities are only 700 mt away, and the beaches are 15 minutes walk. The house has a private terrace with a fantastic sea view. It is composed of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower, 1 kitchen with a sofa bed. There is a clima , central heating, external laundry fee, Wi-Fi, private parking space. The proprietor owns an estate agency called Immobiliare Buttafuoco so if you want to buy a property in Tropea he will help you. If you wish to appoint a taxi from Lamezia Terme airport to Tropea the cost is 80€

Rules of the property.
The customers are advised that the swimming pool will be operational from April 1st to October 30th. The swimming pool hours are from 10:30 A.M. to 12:30 A.M. and from 15:30 P.M. to 20:00 P.M.

Villino di 50mq circa ,situata a Tropea a soli 1 km dal mare e a 700mt dal centro storico. La casa è equipaggiata per una famiglia di 4 persone poiché ha una camera da letto,1 bagno con doccia ,1 cucina soggiorno con 1 sofà che ha la possibilità di trasformarsi in letto per 2 persone, 1 terrazzo con vista mare privato, aria condizionata, lavanderia in struttura a pagamento , riscaldamento alimentato a gas, caminetto, internet wireless,tv, giardino, forno a legna,bbq,sorgente d'acqua,sedie a sdraio ,vista panoramica su Tropea e le isole Eolie. Parcheggio, piscina infinity di acqua salata e area idromassaggio.

“Cristian and his parents could not have been more helpful.”
We were made extremely welcome. Everything that we wanted to know was explained. The house is comfortable. The market is only a few minutes away by car or for a fit person, for fresh meat, fish, fruit, vegetables and bread.

“Perfect place to stay!”
We have just spent a week in this lovely little villa nestled above the seaside town of Tropea. The villa is cosy and comfortable, ideal for two people, with a generous lounge/dining area,plenty of space in the double bedroom and a compact, but very adequate bathroom. A bonus for us was having a washing machine. There is a rooftop terrace with fantastic views to the sea, but there are also lovely views from the garden which guests are encouraged to use. There are a number of sun lounges, an outdoor table setting and a BBQ. We had the most glorious weather, and promptly scrapped plans to drive to outlying destinations, instead choosing to walk into town daily, sometimes twice, to dine in the many wonderful little restaurants, enjoy granitas and gelatis, and explore the beaches, alleys and seaside walks. The walk into town takes about 15minutes, the walk home is uphill but helped us to work off the calories from the wonderful meals!! Cristian and Anna were wonderful hosts. Living in the house next door they were always available to assist or answer queries but were not at all intrusive. They are friendly and approachable and went to great lengths to help rectify a personal difficulty which could have affected my ongoing holiday in Italy. Above and beyond my expectations. Perfect hosts. Perfect place to stay.

“Unvergesslicher Urlaub”
Ich war vor ca. einer Woche in Tropea und habe meine Wohnung bei Cristian Buttafuoco gemietet und ich muss sagen, dass ich mehr als nur zufrieden war. Mir persönlich ist Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit besonders wichtig und das gesamte Paket konnte ich dort antreffen. Der Ausblick vom Haus aus ist der Wahnsinn und der Garten lädt richtig zum Relaxen ein. Ich habe mich für eine kleine Villa entschieden und diese war zwar schlicht aber dennoch absolut passend und nett eingerichtet. Ich war vollauf zufrieden und musste mit Wehmut Abschied nehmen...ich werde bestimmt noch einmal diese Möglichkeit wahrnehmen...
