Description
Kondarini’s Sea View Studios are located in Tsilivi, just 230m from the sandy Gaidaros Beach. The property consists of 10 standard sea view studios, all of which were recently renovated, measure 20 sq.m and accommodate up to 3 persons.
Each studio features two single beds that can be joined into a double one and one fold up bed. The studios are equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioner, bathroom with shower, flat screen TV 24’’, hairdryer, safe box and of course a private furnished balcony with sea view.
Your furry friends are welcome, as pets are allowed in two of our rooms.
*The Climate Resilience Tax of 1.50 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.

We are very sorry to hear that our service did not meet your expectations and you were not happy with the provided room. However, from the beginning of our communication, our experienced receptionist, who has been in the industry for more than a decade, had clearly informed you that the allocation of the rooms is subject to availability.Also, once you expressed your request to leave the room, you were fully refunded though you were not entitled to. In addition we offered to keep the room blocked just in case you couldn't find another free accommodation in the middle of August.We are extremely disappointed that despite our efforts, you choose to rate so low. Nevertheless,we truly hope that you enjoyed the rest of your holidays!

Regarding the price, that is subject to preferences as you could have chosen a cheaper studio without a sea view.
