This charming villa ideally named Sea View, as boasting fantastic sea views, sits in a prime location, on the coastal road leading in to Tsilivi.
Sea View Villa with breathtaking views is a high quality property offering its guests peace and tranquillity. Located in a prime elevated position, nestled upon a tranquil olive grove covered hillside, boasting spectacular views across the bay & resort of Tsilivi and out to sea with views of Kefalonia to the North together with the Zakynthos mountain range also in the distance.
Sea View is modern in design, comfortably furnished throughout, offering spacious living quarters. Patio doors lead out from living room area to a private secluded swimming pool, ideal for families and couples, providing everything you would require for the perfect holiday.
The nearby Balcony Restaurant & a wide selection of bars, tavernas and the wonderful long sandy beach of Tsilivi can be found just a short walk down the hill.
Only 0.3km from the beach where you can indulge in a number of water sports, fishing, sunbathing or swimming in the beautiful warm clear waters of the Ionian sea.
There are a number of excursions and trips available from the resort around the island and to neighbouring islands, Smugglers Wreck, Blue Caves, Kefalonia, Olympia, trip to Athens to name a few.
The villa comfortably accommodates 6 people, with 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large living room with open plan kitchen and dining room fully fitted with all appliances. The villa is fully air conditioned, has TV and DVD player. Outdoors there is private pool 4x2 metres, ground floor terrace and upper balcony with panoramic views both by day and also by night.
On arrival guests are provide with a complimentary Welcome Pack providing a "starter off" basket with tea, coffee, milk, toast, butter, jam, cheese, tomatoes, eggs, juice, water, beer & wine.

“Amazing holiday at Sea View Villa”
What can I say my family had an amazing time at Sea view Villa. The views were beautiful, the kids loved spending time in the pool. The Villa was traditional Greek and really clean had everything we needed for our hols. Little supermarket down the road for essentials, 10 minute walk to the beach. We didn’t hire a car and managed absolutely fine, we did get taxis sometimes and also walked took about 20 mins to the centre. If you eat anywhere on your hols calypso is a must! Would love to stay again, thanks for an amazing holiday.

“Everything you need for a great holiday”
Sea View villa is perfect. We were nervous the photos might disguise the reality but needn’t have worried. It’s big, in a quiet location (for Greece) has every amenity, walking distance to the beach and fantastic views. The highlights were a visit to the Balcony Hotel 1 min away for our anniversary meal and an evening bbq in the Villa (equipment provided) under the setting sun. If you like Greece - and dining out at £20 per head, who wouldn’t - this place is hard to beat. Yes it’s a fair walk or 6 euro taxi to the Town, but for that you get peace and quiet with a view.

“Perfect Location and view”
This is a lovely 6 birth, 3 bedrooms villa over looking the sea. We rented this for just 2 persons and was perfect for us. There are 3 villas in a row about 150-200 metres from the Balcony Hotel, it's the middle one It has a private pool and from about midday till sunset the sun is on the pool, which is small but big enough we had 2 lilos and enough room for chilling soaking up the rays. A pool man is meant to come 3 times a week we see him 3 times in 11 days, we had an outside bulb out he came Saturday and took it and said it needs to be ordered, on Thursday he came back still no bulb I think he forgot, it didn't spoil anything Lovely view of the sunset from the pool or 1st floor balcony. The villa is fully equipped and has a free safety deposit box and wifi included which has a great connection. It also has air conditioning but no bug nets so bug plugs and repellent advisable There are no cleaners/ maid service unless you want to pay another 25 euros to book them. So I washed our own sheets and towels which were dry in a few hours with the villas washing machine. It's about a 10-20 minute walk downhill to Tsilivi centre with lots of bars and restaurants and about the same to the beach, but you have to walk on the road. It may take longer on way back up hill. You do not need a car if your mobile however we got a small car for 3 days for 90 euros which included insurance and no excess, the island is so beautiful it is worth getting. We went to St Nicholas port most north point of island down to Banana beach the most south east point in about an hour ish the island is small but lovely, we are already looking to return next year, we were so sad to leave.
