Welcome to Goudis complex. Villas Goudis are in complete harmony with the natural environment. They provide amazing view, the sunset in Ionian Sea.
Each villa is independed and allocates swimming pool, green garden with flowers, bbq and parking. All villas are beautifully decorated and are separated in two floors. At first floor there is a full equipped kitchen, a capacious living room with fireplace and with big balcony, where you can admire the view.
At the ground floor there are three bedrooms, two regular and one for children’s room.
They provide also air-condition, satellite television and two bathrooms.

Response from the owner Dear George We are sorry for the poor experience you have had in our villa and for which you have encountered a problem. I would like to remind you that we have made you a 200 euro discount. But this is not enough for you and you have requested that we return another € 200. the noise for which he was talking was the hot water which you open the evening you came and when you finished with your bath you did not turn off the switch again. As a result, he was overheated by the sun and made the noise. when the cleaner come at vila she closed the switch and stopped the noise . the day you were about to leave was 12 o'clock in the noon and you did not want to leave the villa. You wanted to stay in the villa until the afternoon when you flights . All hotels have their own departures by 12 noon at the latest. However, we did not want to make you sad and leave you in our villa until the afternoon free of charge. as far as Thanasi is concerned during your stay in the villa, I had a serious road accident, and it was then in hospital with me.
