Description
Villa Mariana is a large 5 en -suite bedroom property only 10 minute drive to the beaches of Mojacar and Garrucha in Southern Spain. Sleeping up to 14 in 5 large en-suite bedrooms, it is extremely versatile for family groups or friends. With 3 lounges, 2 kitchens plus a Games room with pool table it's perfect for groups of all ages. It is set in a huge fenced and walled garden of 13,500 square metres with an 18 meter swimming pool and private all weather tennis court. It also has petanque, skittles and a young children's play area with swing and slide. It can be booked at any time throughout the year.
It is all on one level with just a few shallow steps, and each bedroom has a large en-suite shower-room and one bedroom also has an en-suite lounge. It is both comfortable and attractively decorated with fresh crisp bed linen and air conditioning throughout plus ceiling fans and lots of little extras to make your stay everything you could wish for.
It has 2 large kitchens serving each end of the property, Casa Ana and Casa Mari, and 3 good sized lounges. All this makes it versatile for groups of friends or extended families as both quiet spaces and community spaces are available. There is also a roof terrace if you want to see long distant views and relax you can even glimpse the sea in the distance. All sitting in huge walled and fenced landscaped gardens.

“Lovely holiday home for a large group or 2 families”
Lovely villa set a little off the beaten track but very close to Turre which has provision for supermarket, breakfast and lunch cafes, a little market on a Friday … charming place take time to wander through.. Mojacar is about 7 Klms away, there is all you need here the far beach with shower to wash off the sand and beach bars with restaurants is a great place for the kids free parking,and little promenade it gets busy at night so if there is a big group of you then we booked so made sure they were prepared for 12 of us. We liked Martin Morales restaurant, Valerie’s Bar and Restaurant, Sensations bar and restaurant further up on the left hand side there is an Argentinian Restaurant where they cut the meats off the skewer, as much as you want to eat type restaurant , which was very good value if you are meat eaters and the kids had the same deal for 10 Euros each which they enjoyed. Kids menus elsewhere are usual burgers, chicken, pizza standard. But not expensive… there is a nice coffee lunch place as you walk into the shopping mall on the Mojacar roundabout and a few touristy shops there. We found the fish restaurants which were set right on the beach a little more expensive but then you are paying for the Vista. The villa itself has everything you can ask for and the hosts Marion and Ivan are perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them and honestly you won’t find a better home for your family holiday, it’s spotlessly clean and very comfortable, that goes for the beds too if like us you suffer with back aches in our later years!!! No back ache here. The kids loved the pool it isn’t heated but even this early on in the season other than the first couple of days when we arrived when it was freezing because the sun was nowhere to be seen! it soon warmed up so I would imagine later in the year it is lovely. Ivan bought over racquets for the kids to play on the tennis court, and many pool tournaments were held in the games room, which has lovely small tables and chairs for the kids to play games… the outside eating area by the bbq has loads of chairs and housed us comfortably for 12 people. There are blinds to pull over when the sun is too much, and there are comfortable seating areas outside the bedrooms where you can have a coffee or read a book etc…. The seating areas around the pool are shaded and much needed during the height of the sun but very comfortable, the attention to detail like the serenity statues, Buddhas etc lend itself to quiet areas to sit, I enclose some photos of the areas around the pool …. I loved this property and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again and a lot of this is due to the lovely welcome we received by our hosts Marion and Ivan …. Thank you very much for a lovely holiday…

Available all the year around with sun almost guaranteed 365 days a year as the area has its own micro-climate. Spacious yet together with 3 lounges and 2 kitchens plus a games room with pool table there is always somewhere to escape and places to be together. Extended families or groups of friends all can be catered for. Private tennis court and large swimming pool add to the fun.

Response from the owner Great to have a special property to share with holiday makers all the year around. Having a micro-climate in our area it means you are almost guaranteed sunshine 365 days of th year - the days get shorter but usually there is still sun. Off peak, when flights are cheaper, the property can be split in two offering 2 bedroomed accommodation sleeping up to 6 or 3 bedrroomed accommodation sleeping up to 9. With 5 golf courses within 15 - 30 minutes and the private tennis court it is the perfect place to stay.
