If you are visiting Udaipur for a short trip or an extended stay and are looking for a comfortable vacation, rental or temporary accommodation, then Welcome to Shiv Vijay Vilas Udaipur, your own home for a memorable and pleasant stay .It is ideally located to explore the beauty of Aravali ranges and lakes around Sajjangarh(Monsoon Palace), Udaipur. The terrace gives a beautiful view of Sajjangarh (Monsoon Palace)and the nearby hills. A stay here is truly memorable for you and your family/group .
The Bungalow has FIVE Air conditioned rooms ,with a total capacity of 16 persons.The ground floor of the Bungalow has 3 AC rooms along with Living room(Hall) to relax or entertain with an LED TV , ample space to work , Kitchen garden to explore the hobby of gardening and if your mood takes you, you can prepare food all by your own,(KITCHEN USAGE CHARGES -Rs 300/daily and Cook charges Rs 200/daily) enjoying the meals in the lush beautiful lawn.The remaining 2 AC rooms with LED TV are on the terrace of the Bungalow and these rooms are only used for a booking of more than 7 persons.

Up to 2 guests, only 1 Bedroom shall be given in Entire Bungalow
Up to 5 guests, only 2 Bedrooms shall be given in Entire Bungalow
Up to 7 guests, only 3 Bedrooms shall be given in Entire Bungalow
Up to 9 guests, only 4 Bedrooms shall be given in Entire Bungalow
For more than 9 guests, all the 5 Bedrooms shall be given in Entire Bungalow.
CHECK IN RULES
-Although the Check In time is flexible but for Check In before 12 Noon,the guests are required to inform Host at least 24 hours before arrival.
-The government Id(With photo and address ) of all the guests is must,without which Check In shall not be allowed.
-For guests not having Indian ID,an additional amount of Rs 1999 is required to be paid for completion of Foreigner's registration and submission of C form to government authorities.

“Home away from home.”
The villa is beautiful, the caretaker perfect. Our stay was made hassle-free and memorable, we'd go back to that place without a second thought if we visit Udaipur again.
