Renovated 2 bedroom cottage at the top of Unawatuna Kanda (hill) within a small village area overlooking natural jungle and the beautiful Unawatuna Bay. Just 7 mins walk to the beach, a short tuk-tuk to main Unawatuna restaurants and nightlife and less than 15 mins from Galle Fort. Enjoy the peace and tranquility while being on the doorstep to all the main attractions in the Galle region.

Response from the owner Thanks for your comprehensive review! We apologise for any lack of supplies. Normally there are large pump bottles of shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom - we do not understand why they were not present during your stay. As soap cannot be shared between successive guests, we have adopted the common approach of providing small blocks to minimise wastage and environmental impact, however there is no ration and our team are happy to provide more as required. Instant coffee is unforgivable! Sorry!! These items have been discussed amongst us and should not reoccur. Biggest concern is the sharp edges of some of the pool tiles. We had the entire pool re-grouted in November, so not sure how to tackle this problem, but will look into it.

“Sensational hideaway”
