Description

Villa Alba is a beautiful, modern and contemporary three bedroom detached villa situated on the Eastern shores of Lake Maggiore in the Italian Lakes. The property is set in a stunning location and enjoys terrific 180 degree views up and down the lake. A private set of step lead from the garden to the beach and lakeside, where guests can enjoy a swim in the lake waters. This truly is an idyllic setting for a holiday in this part of Italy.

The villa is south westerly facing with 140 m2 of living space, with a large balcony leading from 2 of the 3 bedrooms and a stone terrace and lawned garden area. The original owner spent a couple of years renovating the property to an extremely high standard and has created a luxurious property with a homely, welcoming feel. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed whilst the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Doors from both bedrooms lead out on to a balcony with stunning lake views and overlooking the garden below. The third bedroom has twin beds which can be converted to a double if required. On the ground floor, there is also an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which leads out onto the garden and terrace. The modern designer kitchen is extremely well equipped. A fire in the corner of the living room makes this the perfect place to stay all year round...what better place to relax after a hard day on the ski slopes which can be reached within an hours drive! The TV in this room has wireless functionality making it possible for guests to watch channels such as Netflix and YouTube. An outdoor table and chairs is set up on the terrace in the garden for al fresco dining along with a couple of sun loungers. There is also a BBQ for al fresco dining. The garden is fully fenced and gated and suitable for those with animals (or for young children). A lockable gate leads down from the garden where guests can enjoy a beach area and direct access to the lake water. There is a buoy in the water should guests have a boat. This is available to use on request for an additional 150 GBP per week. Please ask for more details.

Schönes Haus in Top Lage. Das Haus ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, allerdingss war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung betreffend hat man alles was man braucht.

How do damage deposits work?
