Utila’s Reef Point Beach House

Reef Point Beach House is a perfect location for a group or a family that wants to be in a basic, private waterfront home right on the white sand beach! This property has 4 bedrooms that can sleep 8 in comfort with air conditioning in each of the bedrooms. While this home is continually being updated, it is now available for the rental market.

Spectacular views of the Caribbean abound at Reef Point Beach House and the grounds have been designed to enhance the tropical feel of being away from it all. Palm trees and flower gardens have been tended with care, and the breezes cool this home when the sun gets a bit intense.

A full kitchen with all needed amenities, including a dining nook, is yours for creating everything from a quick snack to a full meal. Just adjacent to the kitchen is a separate dining area that share space and Caribbean views with living room. French doors open from the living room to access the rear porch where you can enjoy unobstructed views of the waves lapping the shore and listen to the heartbeat of the ocean.

Bedrooms have been strategically designed with the Master bedroom, with a queen bed and ensuite bath, on one side, and three additional bedrooms and bath on the other. Two of the sea side bedrooms contain two single beds each, while the fourth bedroom boasts a second queen sized bed, making Reef Point Beach House a great choice for families or a dive group!

Beneath the home is seating areas in the shade for a break from lying on the beach in the sun or a wonderful space to set up the grill and enjoy a cookout.

Reef Point Beach House is an ideal spot to sit with a cool libation and watch the sun go down on a tropical island, and it’s available for YOU!

Beautifull place with awesome beach view. All stuff inside to stay and relax with your familly. Tony and Jo are great host that are always aware of your needs. Also produce a great orange juice

How do damage deposits work?
