Petit chalet en bois indépendant de 20 m², exposition plein sud,

dans un cadre exceptionnel de nature avec vue sur les montagnes.

Chalet classé 2* à l'Office de Tourisme de La Colmiane.

Idéal pour couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants

(le chalet est trop petit pour 4 adultes).

Chalet composé d'une pièce principale avec clic clac et d'une mezzanine avec un couchage pour 2 personnes.

Petite cuisine équipée.

Vous profiterez de la grande terrasse abritée et d'une place de parking.

En cette période estivale les réunions barbecue sont interdites. Les personnes extérieures à la location ne sont pas acceptées.

Cette location ne fournit pas une prestation hôtelière.

Elle convient aux personnes aimant la nature et l’accueil en toute simplicité.

House rules

The mezzanine is prohibited to children under 8 years. Make sure that children stay within the perimeter of the mazot (rip rap near the chalet is not a climbing wall). Thank you to make the cottage clean and leave before 11am. Remember to turn off the heat, turn off the lights and take out the trash before leaving the mazot. Thank you to report any breakage or malfunction.
