CIR: 014071-CNI-00010 If you are a couple and are looking for an intimate, romantic and comfortable accommodation, the "Pierina" studio is for you. With free Wi-Fi and free parking space, the accommodation consists of: living room-kitchen, bathroom, mezzanine and balcony. Located on the first floor attic, the apartment features a sofa bed in the living room and a fully equipped kitchenette. Thanks to the mezzanine, however, there are two single beds (which, if you prefer, we can make double bed). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels and a hairdryer. In addition to Wi-Fi and parking space, we offer free ski-bike storage as well as a washing machine (the latter in a room outside the house). Our structure ("Baita de Anna"), moreover, has an agreement with Bormio Terme and with the Bagni di Bormio Spa Resort (Bagni Nuovi and Bagni Vecchi): you can therefore enjoy discounted rates. The price does not include the tourist tax of 1 euro per person for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (free for children under 18) "Baita de Anna" is located in Valdidentro which, given its position, allows you to easily reach both Bormio that Livigno. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment (about 5 minutes walk) is the bus stop, a bank counter, two grocery stores, a restaurant, a bar / tobacconist and the church.

If Piergiorgio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
