Description

Beautiful apartment is located two minutes away from a beach. It has 2 bedrooms with 160 cm beds and air conditioning, 2 bathrooms (both with shower cabin) and big hall with break area. The kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and food processor. The building is modern and the flat is well-decorated. There is a free parking place at the Mall. Water, electricity, WiFi and other utilities are included in the rent.

Port Saplaya is a lovely town, sometimes called "little Venice" for its canals, and is located 4 km north of Valencia. To reach the apartment from the airport or train station take the metro to the station "Universidad Politécnica" and from there take bus №112 to Port Saplaya (every 30 minutes, journey 8 minutes). We provide FREE transfer FROM airport or train station. The transfer to airport/station in agreement.

Please, don´t smoke inside the apartment. Thank you.

“We enjoyed our stay in Port Saplaya”

The apartment is large, nice and very well maintained. The location is excellent, very close to a big hipermarket. There are a lot of different restaurants very near, so you can eat outside if you don't want to cook. Also the beach is around 100 m away. Port Saplaya is beautifull little place, but if you realy like to explore, Velencia is 6 km away. We used taxi (about 10 EUR), but there is a bus station in front of the bilding, so it is quite easy to reach city by bus. We also liked that the owner organized transfer from the airport to the apartment.
