Description

This complex has a 24-hour caretaker on the premises. When you have parked your car in the underground garage, you take the lift to the apartment. The entrance hall leads to a large living-dining room with views of the science museum. There is a very fast broadband and WI-FI connection that you can use to pick up mail or browse the internet.

The 3 bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 people, there are 2 full bathrooms, 1 en-suite, the apartment is full air-conditioned and has central heating. There is a flatscreen tv in the living room with a media player with hundreds of films. Two bedrooms have tv´s with dvd player and a collection of films.

When you leave the apartment you walk into a beautiful park that lets you enter a futuristic new world: You have the Corte Inglés (8 floor convenience store like Harrod’s, with a supermarket in the basement), coffee bars, restaurants and tapas places just feet away and recently a 5 story shopping mall was opened behind the Corte Inglés, where you will find everything, from a supermarket to a-la-carte restaurants. A short walk through the beautiful park will take you to another large shopping mall with two floors of shops and the top floor with restaurants and bars.

The bus that stops on the corner takes you to the old centre one way and the beach the other. The apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage.

I have put that it is suitable for children over 5 because of the tv´s and dvd players. If you think your child will not be touching cables I do not have a problem with younger children. I just mention it because it is not specifically suited for young children. Not suitable for groups of youngsters, since the complex is residential and professional people with children live there, it is not a holiday complex.
