The Old Mint No1 offers comfort and relaxation within a spacious, modern and airy Apartment that sets a standard of holiday letting accommodation, which sets itself apart. Upon entrance to this enchanting building, you will recognize a wonderful blend of antiquity with a modern twist, where design against concept has been achieved within a totally refurbished building of heritage. Needless to say, the WOW factor is certainly on the menu here!
Upon entrance to The Old Mint you will find a large entrance hall, which opens out into an internal glass covered court yard with a part glass lift, which will elevate you to the entrance door of your accommodation. Upon entry you will be greeted by a very modern contemporary holiday let accommodation with a typical open plan Mediterranean kitchen/living/dining area (Air Conditioned) living area has a very high ceiling, a shower room with WC. The upper floor is accessed via a stainless steel spiral staircase to the upper level having 2 single beds and 1 double bed in two bedrooms respectively of which both bedrooms have Air Conditioning and a bathroom serves these rooms.

“Fantastic apartment so comfortable.”
My husband and I have been to Malta several times normally in a hotel,so this was something totally different. The apartment itself was better than pictures there was everything that you could want or need at hand.we actually were very close to a restaurant we always go to Guse which I could recommend.excellant food never fails.the only down side was the steep walk because of hills personally I don't do hills but hard to avoid in Valletta.but that can't be helped still had a wonderful holiday thank you. Response from the manager We are truly sorry your experience was hindered by works going on :-( We did not know about the works, it is legal to do renovations internal with a permit known as a DNO from the planning authority, unfortunately until they start we do not know. The channels provided as far as I am concerned are adequate... CNN, Euro News, Euro Sport, National Geographic, Discovery World, RT and a few others which off the top of my head slip me. I stayed in an accommodation in Italy recently having only BBC World in English, you need to bear in mind when outside your own country where the mother tongue is not English perhaps limited English channels should be expected. You had an extra person stay at €135.00 over 7 nights is €19.28 per night in a capital city where a run down cosy 2 bedroom property cost €200,000 my take on this is value for money no? Again and with sincerity we are sorry for noise disruption you encountered, we did not know next door was going to retile the floor. I do see we exchanged 6 emails with you in connection to your notice of works going on and advised you the people had been directly approached by us and they advised us where possible they will begin noisy works after 09:00am Rgrds, The HLMG team
