This apartment is duplex (2nd floor and attic), it has a kitchen, living room, mezzanine, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (one with tub / sink and two with shower / sink), three toilets, a fireplace and a terrace (Northwestern 24,00 m²).

Distribution of the living area and sleeps: Living 64.50 m²; Kitchen 18.50 m²; a mezzanine of 26,00 m² (possibility of bed with a sofa bed: 140x190 bed); Room 1 10,00 m² (double bed 140x190), 2 Bedroom 12.50 m² (2 bunk beds 80x190), 3 Bedroom 9.70 m² (double bed 140x190) Bedroom 4 15,60 m² (double bed 160x200 and a single bed 90x190) and Room 5 14.00 m² (3 single beds 90x190).

Home of the Marquis is located 100 meters from the center of Valloire in the hamlet of Le Pontet. It is located on the snow front between the two main lifts (TC Sétaz and the Cret de la Brive) for a departure on skis. All shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, sports shops, restaurants, etc ...) and the main resort amenities (leisure, ski schools, kindergartens, daycare, toboggan run, town hall, office tourism, cinema, etc ...) are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes.
