Luxurious 3 bedroom chalet for rent in Vallorcine on a weekly basis. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, linen and towels provided, parking is available. All high-end amenities. Cots and other equipment for young are available upon request.
Enviably set on a sunny south–easterly slope, it benefits from maximum sunshine starting early in in the morning. Comfortably sleeps 7, private garden with stunning views, ideal for both summer and winter escapes. Conveniently positioned 5 minutes away from the Vallorcine ski station which links into Chamonix's Le Tour ski area. 3 minutes from Le Poya ski hill, ideal for children and beginners. Also offers direct access to cross-country skiing, ski touring, hiking and snow-shoeing trails.
It comprises:
Entrance balcony.
Fitted kitchen which is open planned with the dining area. This space is set around a wood burning stove for those cosy winter
nights. Also on this level is an en-suite bedroom and WC with shower.
A lounge is located on the upper floor and includes a mezzanine play area. There are large patio windows from which to enjoy the views and gain balcony access.
The lower level has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and opens onto a shaded arch from which to sit and contemplate the views.
The cozy attic space of the chalet (with lower head height) offers an additional 20m2 of sleeping area (3rd bedroom), fitted with a master bed and two single beds (separated areas).
The property has parking during the summer. In winter the chalet is accessed on foot (50 m).
