old medieval Passagenweg, in the romantic heart of Varenna, just a stone's throw away from the shore, this studio offers the perfect starting point for a couple who centrally located in a fantastic location want to live.
The project is located on the lower floor and offers a spacious, tiled studio room with a newly fitted kitchen and dining area with gas hob, microwave and coffee maker. The picturesque lake-view balcony is ideal for the morning to greet the new day in style with a cup of coffee.
Kitchen from dining area, you can set a dividing screen so as to separate the sleeping area. The sleeping area offers a romantic double bed, a large closet and a flat-screen satellite TV. The project has brightly painted walls, beautiful pictures and a wonderful wall of stone, which lends a certain romantic flair.
A separate, newly fitted bathroom has a power shower, washing machine and all necessary sanitary facilities.
The project is located in the center of the charming resort town of Varenna and from here you have easy access on foot to all the shops and attractions of the city. Discover the many medieval passages that lead to large squares, ancient churches, the wine bars and boutiques and hidden places from where you have an incredible view of the lake.
