APARTMENT TO LET in the beautiful town of Varenna:
In the beautiful town of Varenna we rent a brand new apartment (completely restored end of restructuring March 2018) with all the comforts you need for pleasure stay (WIFI, air conditioning, washing machine – kitchen – coffe and tea - Very easy to reach, only 60 mt away from the train station in a very quite area, walking distance you have all the best interest points of Varenna. Some examples: the front lake walk 200 mt, Ferry Boat to Bellagio 150 mt, the town centre and Villa Monastero 800 mt, route to Castle of Vezio 50 mt)
We rent a one bed room apartment with king size bed, bathroom with shower, living room with one sofa bed and kitchen, free WIFI, maximum people allowed 4.
The position is strategic because it is very near to the train station.
Our strenght are the services, our position, the brand new apartments restored opening March 2018.
Arrive by train from Milano Central station in 1h.
Walk 50 mt to the confortable apartment, just drop your luggage and start visiting Varenna, and all the nice towns around Lake Como.
You can walk to the ferry and visit Bellagio, Menaggio, Cadenabbia without using the car: the Ferry is 150mt from the apartment, you have shops, bar and restaurant, Lido with beach and pool, all at walking distance.
From here there are also many mountain routs (ex to the Castle of Vezio, and many others), in winter 1h drive from Madesimo SKI area, or 45min from Bobbio SKI area.
To be paid on site Local Tax 1,2€ per person per day.
We have no reviews yet because our apartments are under restoring and will be finished end of March, but we are the same managers of Casa Mary Varenna, so you can see some reviews on the Trip Advisor web site.
