APARTMENT "SKORPIOS" 5 beds The apartment is on the ground floor of the villa Casa Nostos, with separate entrance. And 'composed of 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, large living room with comfortable sofa bed, kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, stove with 4 burners, electric oven, full set of pots and pans. Outside large private patio, shaded and with beautiful sea views, equipped with chairs, table, lawn chairs, hammock. Large and comfortable bathroom with shower. The price includes everything: taxes, electricity, water and final cleaning. THE VILLA: built in 2009 using local stone and wood, Casa Nostos is located on a green hill in the Ammuso Bay, 600 meters from the beach and with a splendid sea view. It 'a green and quiet place, with no other houses around, only olive trees and Mediterranean bush. It is easily accessible from the paved main road, but the last 300 meters are unpaved driveway, with a climb at the end. It parks right next to the villa. BEACHES: in Ammouso Bay there are 3 beaches, all of small white pebbles and crystal clear water. The nearest beach is only 600 meters from the villa. On the island of Lefkada there are many other beaches of all types: just choose! AREA: the nearest village, Marandohori, is 4 km. A larger village, Vasiliki, is 12 km away: Vasiliki there are shops, restaurants, 2 supermarkets, petrol station, pharmacy. Vasiliki is also the harbor of the small ferries that connect the island to Ithaca and Kefalonia (1 hour trip). WHAT TO DO: bathrooms and horseback Ammuso bay, water sports Vasiliki Bay (windsurfing, catamaran sailing, diving), biking, walking in the interior of the island, visiting the nearby islands ... or relax on the patio! GETTING THERE: PLANE: airport in Preveza - PVK (12 km from the island of Lefkada) FERRY: ferry from Venice or Ancona to Igoumenitsa and about 150 kilometers of the pretty coastal road to the island of Lefkada. No need for a second ferry because the island is connected to the mainland by a swing bridge.
