Description

Chalet indépendant situé à Vaujany, au hameau de La Villette, dans un environnement magnifique et au calme absolu. Il dispose d'une vue panoramique sur les montagnes environnantes et est entièrement pierre et en bois.

Il compte 4 chambres et peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Il possède une grande terrasse en rez de jardin et deux étages qui ont chacun un large balcon.

Il est à 5 mn de la télécabine de Montfrais qui permet d’accéder aux domaines skiables de Vaujany et de l’Alpe d’ Huez. Il est aussi le point de départ de nombreuses randonnées à pied ou en raquettes.

Au rez de chaussée, la cuisine entièrement équipée avec sa table en chêne et son espace salon s'ouvrent sur une terrasse privative en bois où il est possible de se reposer et se restaurer. Deux autres pièces complètent la pièce à vivre : des toilettes séparés et un local à skis et vélos.

Le premier étage dessert trois chambres décorées avec gout : une suite avec un lit double de 160 et un petit salon, une avec deux lits superposés et une autre chambre double. Elles sont toutes équipées d'une porte fenêtre qui donne accès au balcon filant. Deux salles d'eau complètent cet étage, chacune équipée d'un wc.

Le dernier étage sous la charpente offre une vue exceptionnelle sur le massif des Grandes Rousses grâce à de larges baies vitrées qui s'ouvrent sur une terrasse. il dispose d'un espace salon avec deux canapés, un écran plat ainsi qu'un lit double en 160.

Tous les meubles du chalet sont en bois massif, ce qui crée une ambiance cosy et un vrai cocon de quiétude.
