Description

Chalet Noisette is a new south-facing development completed at the end of 2015. Noisette1.1 is a duplex over the ground and first floor, with a garden and patio terrace. It has wonderful views across the valley to the Grandes Rousses mountains and the Fare waterfall. There are four bedrooms, each with a balcony or access to the patio/garden. Two bedrooms are doubles, one has two singles and the other has bunk beds.

The floor area is 98m2, wich includes a cave/utility room (14m2).

It is regularly used by its owners and is very well equipped and furnished. The kitchen has Bosch appliances: induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher. Kettle, coffee maker and toaster are provided, and it is possible to rent a raclette locally. There is internet wifi and satellite TV with all normal UK and French channels. There is also an Xbox 360 (which doubles as a DVD player) and powered speakers which can be connected to a mobile device.

There are two bathrooms; both have large walk-in showers. There is a large utility room for ski storage - and where there is also a washing machine and boot warmers. A lockable garage is provided; the renter is responsible for clearing any snow to get access to the garage (alternatively, covered free public parking is nearby).

A high chair is available and a cot can be provided if requested in advance. No gate is provided for the stairs: the renter is responsible for making their own arrangements.

It is very close to the lift station (100m), shops, restaurants, ice rink, gym and pool. A local agent will meet you when you arrive and help you get the best from your stay.

Towels are available at 5 EUR per person if requested in advance (payable in resort). Pillows, duvets, sheets are included, as are all reasonable utility costs. A cleaning deposit of 125 EUR is payable to the local agent when you arrive (this will be taken as a pre-authorised guarantee on the Renter’s credit card), which will be returned if you self-clean and leave the apartment in an "as found" condition. A 225 EUR security deposit will also be taken when you arrive to cover the cost of any damage to or theft from the property or its contents during your stay.

It is normally available Sunday-Sunday during the ski season (flexible out of season). There is much less traffic on Sunday and you have the advantage of skiing all day Saturday (when it is normally very quiet because everyone else is doing their changeover).

Alternatively, the renter may volunteer this to be surrendered to pay for reasonable cleaning). Deposit taken by way of a credit card guarantee on arrival.
