Exclusive Villa overlooking the sea with private infinity pool. The Villa has been completely renovated by the owner, a young entrepreneur who, together with specialized technicians and a famous local architect, have been able to wisely transform this historic family home into a luxury villa where you can spend an unforgettable holiday! The Villa, surrounded by typical Amalfi lemon groves, orchards and vineyards, is built on a series of terraces that descend towards the sea and enjoy a breathtaking view of the coast and the city of Amalfi. From the two terraces, on 2 different levels, in addition to enjoying the spectacular sea view, you can organize dinners and lunches with friends and / or family, you can relax in the shade of a gazebo or entertain yourself for an aperitif. In fact, in one of the two terraces there is also a very comfortable and fun corner bar. To complete the entire structure there is a beautiful infinity pool with solarium area equipped with umbrellas and comfortable sun loungers. Inside, there is also a large space used for parking. This allows guests to arrive directly at the villa by car, an absolutely rare reality on the entire Amalfi Coast. The Villa of about 2,000 square meters, is divided into 4 levels: On the ground floor, which is adjacent to the swimming pool, we have a double bedroom with a closet and an en suite bathroom with a large shower; the room has an independent entrance and direct access to the terrace. Adjacent we have a Suite with a small living room with sofa, a particular shower area and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom; both the living room and the master bedroom have direct access to the terrace. Always at the same level we have the Bar and the Fitness Area with Gym. Going upstairs we have a large living room, a double bedroom with closet and en-suite bathroom with large shower, and a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with large shower and double sink. All the rooms overlook the sea. Also on this floor we have a service area reserved for staff with bedroom, bathroom and laundry area. On the third floor we have the living area with a large living room and a small bathroom, a beautiful kitchen with the adjacent dining area on one side and the pantry on the other; the kitchen leads directly to the fully equipped outdoor patio. In the sleeping area, on the other hand, we have a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with large shower and finally a Suite with a small living room, double bedroom and bathroom with large shower and double sink. All bedrooms have sea views. On the fourth floor, which is the floor from which you enter upon arrival, we have a double living room overlooked by a small kitchenette and a small bathroom, a large double bedroom with a large bathroom accessible to disabled people, and a second bedroom with double sofa bed. This floor is totally independent and has access to the wonderful terrace from which one cannot fail to be enchanted by the spectacular sea view. The whole Villa has been furnished with quality materials, trying to combine the old with the new, the ancient with the modern. The will was to maintain the original atmosphere but in the name of absolute functionality to give guests a welcome of maximum comfort even if in an ancient historic residence.
TO KNOW: One floor of the Villa with large living room, splendid terrace, small kitchenette, double bedroom with private bathroom and study room with double sofa bed is accessible for the disabled. Inside the Villa there is an independent service area with single bedroom and private bathroom suitable for any private service staff, maid or babysitter. The swimming pool is open from April to October.
