Description

The Balayres, the heart of the area, is a Provencal style house. The Balayres housed the family of farmers and his cattle in the stables. Now it is a country house providing space for 8 people. As the Balayres farm is the heart of the area, the kitchen is the heart of the farm. The large kitchen with a large table for dining, is also the main place to gather.

At the same level as the kitchen, the lounge offers a very large meeting and recreation space (6.4 x 12.7 meters). The lounge is an ideal place to relax in fresh in the heat of the afternoon.

The Balayres has 5 rooms. All rooms have the charm of a farmhouse in Provence. Almost all rooms have a washbasin.

Around the Balayres there is lots of space with intimate corners and several tables shaded. In the spring it is very nice to sit in the cherry and almond trees in bloom. In summer it is somewhere delicious to dine outdoors with a beautiful view.

Next to the building is a garden surrounded by walls made of stone, with a picnic table and a bench. The old vine against the rough stones of the Balayres gives a romantic atmosphere. It is the ideal place to expose themselves to the Sun or to play.

The great doors of the room opens onto a terrace with three benches behind the Balayres. You can enjoy the terrace sipping his drink in the sunset, or even, to play a game of bocce ball.

Response from the owner Vous rigolez! Pour ce prix on ne peut pas vous offrir une vue de la mer. Soyez realiste. C'est clair que vous n'avez pas apprécié la charme de cette ancienne ferme du 16-ième siècle. On a décidé de ne pas (totalement) adapter cette patrimoine aux tous les demandes d'une maison moderne. Il serait dommage de démolir cette ancienne bâtie. On vous conseille d'avantage de bien lire les descriptions d'un gîte, et regarder les plans, avant de louer et de remarquer que ce n'est pas à votre goût. Aussi si vous avez des soucis pendant votre séjour, demandez le gérant, s'il vous pourra aider. Vous serez surpris ce qu'il y a possible. Tous les appareils fonctionnent parfaitement. Se plaindre après est trop tard.
