Description

Fully equipped self-contained flat in a pedestrian area of a typical Catalan town. Two minutes' walk to the town square, five minutes to the covered market and rambla principal (shopping, bars and restaurants). Ten minutes to the station with half-hourly service to Barcelona (45 minutes, about 4 euros one way). Tarragona (Roman ruins), Ebro river delta close to hand. 5 km to Sitges.

You would have full access to everything in the apartment, including washing machine on the back terrace. Only a few of my personal belongings are in a locked cupboard. Each of the two double beds (150 cm by 200) has a pair of pillows, a duvet, two fitted bottom sheets, two pairs of pillow slips, two duvet covers. Also on hand: eight hand towels, eight shower towels, eight face flannels, four beach towels. In the kitchen: iron and ironing board, electric mixer, place mats, tea towels, cotton serviettes.

The front terrace comes with a folding glass table and four folding chairs, weighted parasol base and and parasol large enough to keep most of the terrace in the shade. Always a nice breeze outside.

There is a fibre optics connection for internet and television.

I do not live on site. I bought the apartment as my holiday home and hope that guests will enjoy staying there as much as I do, every chance I get to spend a week or two. If I can't check you in, you will be met by the cleaning lady who lives nearby.

No smoking inside. There is a covered terrace at the back and an open one at the front if you need to light up.

Please note that I am required by the police to declare your stay on the Catalan hotel registry. I will need your full names, M / F, dates of birth, passport information (country, number, date of issue). Please do not request a booking if you are unwilling to provide the information.

“Pleasant stay in Vilanova”

Comfortable modern accomodation with balconies and well equipped. On fourth floor and there is no lift, no problem for us but the stairs wouldn't be for everybody. Central to shops and restaurants 15min to beach Great resort for families, not spoil by tourism
