Description
The Villa, this place and the entire area has so much to offer, unspoilt beaches, Spanish tapas bars, cafés and restaurants, other Andalucian villages and towns. There are numerous golf courses within 30-40 mins of the Villa, both in Spain and the short trip to the Algarve in southern Portugal, together with boat trips and visits up along the river Guadiana that borders Spain and Portugal.
This is an unspoilt region of Spain, where tradition and culture has no changed, so if you want get away from the tourist filled areas and taste the REAL Spain you have found the right place to go.
For bird watchers and nature lovers the villa is situated close to the Parque Nacional de Doñana, one of Europe's most important wetland reserves and a major site for migrating birds. The Marismas del Odiel, the National Park of Guadiana is just a short trip over the bridge to Portugal plus numerous sites and areas just out the back door of the village and surrounding area.

Bath towels are provided, however beach towels are not provided - please bring your own.
Villa is serviced by a cleaner after each vacation in-order that it is found in a clean and tidy condition. (included in the rent)
Should a mid-stay cleaning service be required during rental period, rates can be agreed prior.
Change over days are flexible but departure time is 10.00 hours and arrival time 15.00, hours this may be more flexible nearer the time.
We offer a range of extras such as Airport Transfers, Cot & High Chair hire, Mid stay Clean, Welcome pack -prices on request.
A 25% deposit is required with the booking with the balance due/paid 8 weeks prior to departure or immediately if the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure.
A breakage deposit of £150.00 is required which is fully refundable on your return.
A booking form will be sent once a booking has been confirmed. A map and directions will be sent to you when the final balance is paid. We have a key holding and managing agent in Spain who looks after the house, any problems they will be there to help.

This is a new Villa fitted and finished with all modern and working facilities.

The Villa has an enclosed and secure patio and court yard at rear and most of its perimeter area which is ideal for families with small children.
Air Con not currently installed but hardly ever needed other than in high season in August but as the Villa is located on a hill it nearly alway has a cool breeze which certainly assists. There are also a number of mobile fans of different sizes provided in the villa if required.
Foldable/portable Sun Lounge chairs are supplied for use at the property plus at the near by pool.
Tennis Rackets, Golf Club, Frisbeezs, Boules, Kids Surfboards, Footballs and many more sporting and leasure items supplied at the villa.
