Description

This 2 bed 2 bath apartment is spacious and completely modern. On the first floor of this new complex and having lift facilities, it has a very spacious living room with satellite television and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the mod cons you can think of. It has two bedrooms with the master having a double bed and ensuite full family bathroom. The master bedroom also has an entrance to the terrace as well. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is a separate full shower room. There is a very large spacious terrace off of the living room overlooking the communal pool and children's area. With all of its facilities this is the perfect holiday home. The area offers more than most holiday areas for you to enjoy, beach, golf, plenty of entertainment and sun!!! This lovely apartment is in a gated private complex and only a two minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza, home to over 40 restaurants and bars to suit any taste. Being close to all amenities required on holiday a rental car not required.

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door, the largest shopping mall in Europe – Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose, from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor, location location location!!!! Let your In The Sun Holidays Rep help make your plans!

Getting around

There is a local bus service which will take you to the shopping mall and close to the beach, walking the rest. There are also taxi ranks as well. The best way around, should you want to venture out is a hire car with many places locally you can hire one for days or the entire holiday.

Interaction with guest

We always meet guest at the property, show them in and explain everything about the property. We are on hand 24/7 during their stay to assist with any issue they may have or suggestions of things to do. We personally check guest out. We have a hands on approach to insure guest have the best holiday possible. We insist that during their stay, “Should anything happen they are to phone, NOT text so we can sort the problem immediately”

Response from the manager Hi, I am extremely confused and offended by your review. The apartment you booked is exactly the apartment you got apart from it having a brand new sofa, the photos are exactly the same apartment. Before going any further, on checking in, you were told THAT IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL YOU ARE TO PHONE SO IT CAN BE DEALT WITH, YOU NEVER PHONED. On checking out you never mentioned anything, as well on checking, the crockery is all perfect as well the pots and pans. Sorry but your comments are totally incorrect, in fact are you sure you stayed here? Same with Keys, never a request. In short had there been any problems why not telephone as instructed as we are known for dealing with problems immediately. In fact the only call was when your husband fell at midnight one night (cause unknown) and we had an ambulance there immediately, but you forgot to mention this. I am sorry for your comments but glad you had a nice stay.
