The perfect little getaway just a 10-minute stroll to the Villamartin Plaza

This 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment is great for a small family holiday in Spain with all you could wish for in your accommodation.

Inside you have the living room for 4 with adjoined dining area as well a full UK TV package and air conditioning. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all needs to cater to the family and BBQ with friends. 2 bedrooms with the master having a double bed and the second bedroom with twin beds. There is a family bathroom for all to share. There is a communal pool for the complex you can sit and sunbathe or have a nice swim.

The apartment is ideally located for either a relaxing holiday or for golfers in the area being very centrally located.

Hiring a car is not necessary as you can walk to the Villamartin Plaza where public transport is available or taxies. It is handy though if you want to venture out into the area to have a car. We have access to cheap cars should you want one for a few days only.

The apartment is a ten-minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well know restaurants. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks, and doctor.

For the golfer, the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minute's drive if not just next door. In the near proximity, there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.

Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping centre, considered to be the largest outdoor shopping centre in Europe and only a 5-minute drive away, catch a taxi or use the local bus service! This is home to many high street shops you will be familiar with.

The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat for families or golfing groups.

As with all In The Sun Holiday villas, a starter welcome pack is included with coffee, tea, milk, water, juice, and a bottle of Cava to start the holiday right!

The best way to see all sights is normally by car. There are coach companies here that offer services going to numerous sights for the day. If you want to venture out, which is very easy, you can take a bus to several large cities nearby such as Cartagena or Alicante and spend a full day seeing sights or just enjoying the fantastic Spanish culture. We at In The Sun Holidays will assist you in every way to getting around to whatever you choose to do on your holiday.

We always meet guest at the property, show them in and explain everything about the property. We are on hand 24/7 during their stay to assist with any issue they may have or suggestions of things to do. We personally check guest out.
