Description

Our apartment has two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen and utility room. We offer 4 beds in the bedrooms and additional sofa bed. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (cooker with oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric grill). The suite has installed air conditioning and all the necessary amenities like TV, CD player, washing machine and fridge. There is a safe where you can safely stow valuables or money. The apartment is on the ground floor, so you have two gardens: north (approx. 40 m2), equipped with a stone sitting area where you can enjoy the shade on hot days and the south (approx. 20 m2), equipped with sun loungers, and access to 9 swimming pools, of which the biggest and prettiest one is located two meters from the southern garden. The pool has a shallow part, especially for children, and next to it there is a green, grassy garden with vegetation typical of the climate where children can safely play.

Lomas Del Golf is within walking distance of the famous Villamartin Plaza, where you have many Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, Banks, a Pharmacy and Supermarket. There are local Riding Stables just a stroll away. There is ample parking outside the property and a security guard on patrol 24 hours a day during the holiday season. The shopping complex at La Zenia Boulevarde has entertainment for all the family, 150 shops, 5,000 car parking spaces and offers a variety of different types of food. The town of Torrevieja is a short drive away with evening markets, harbour and numerous restaurants.

Cheers Bar' is a lively English owned bar with very friendly staff, just a short walk from the apartment. All sports events are shown here! They have great entertainment on throughout the summer months, almost every night of the week. It overlooks the San Miguel Bowls Club which is a nice venue for chilling out, during the day.

“Perfect for golf and Family get aways !”

We really enjoyed our stay here . The apartment was clean and had everything we needed . The location was a 3 minute walk from Morgan’s bar and a 12 min walk to the popular Villamartin Plaza . The location is an easy drive to several top golf courses . The key holder was prompt with her timings and worked with us for our early departure . I would highly recommend a stay here .

Great stay at an apartment that has everything you need,clean on arrival,pool on your doorstep,and good golf courses within 15mins. Plenty of contact with owner prior to arrival. Recommended.
