A fantastic recently refurbished 2 bed ground floor apt on Villamartin Plaza.
New is this beautifully decorated 2 bed 1 bath apartment on the Villamartin Plaza. It faces out so you have no noise to deal with, simply perfect!
On entering you have a spacious living room area with plenty of seating. There is a huge flat screen tv with full UK TV and FREE wifi and air conditioning. The balcony off of the living room is great for sitting out and enjoying a glass of vino with friends. There is a dining area for four. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with all you can dream of having on holiday. There are 2 large bedrooms, the master with a king-size bed and the other with 2 singles. There is also a full family-style shower room. The community has a very large communal pool with lovely grounds to lay and sunbathe. There is always ample parking around the plaza if you hire a car.
Being part of the Villamartin Plaza, you just walk out into the plaza to a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well-known restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band, Andy Abraham, Paul Da Vinci, Ges Rogers Union Gap and in 2018 on Leo Sayer's World Tour and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks, and doctor.
For the golfer, the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minute's drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.
Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5-minute drive away, or catch a taxi!
The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat for families or golfing groups.
As with all In The Sun Holiday villas, a starter welcome pack is included with coffee, tea, milk, water, juice and a bottle of Cava to start the holiday right!
