Description
Fully equipped first floor apartment with 2 twin bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms one with bath. Double sofa bed in the living room. Private covered large balcony with table and chairs.
Located in charming typical mountain village of Le Pre, Villaroger and just 200 m from the village chairlift giving access to Les Arcs and the whole of the paradiski ski area, 2nd largest in the world. Snow cannons recently installed guarantee good snow cover down to the village. Distance to other resorts, Sainte Foy 20 mins, La Rosiere 25 mins, Val d'isere or Tignes 30 mins.
Winter skiing
Summer for road and mountain cycling or walking holidays.
Car advisable. Ample free car parking in village. Car not needed for skiing as 200 metres from lift but may be needed for shopping.
There are two restaurants in the village. Le Goyet and La Ferme. Le Goyet can supply you with fresh bread and croissants etc each morning if pre ordered the day before.

“Great apartment in lovely unspoilt village with easy access to brilliant skiing”
The apartment is newly built within an old large chalet which now comprises five apartments. It is very comfortable with all facilities including dish washer and washing machine. The two bedrooms are a good size both with twin beds and the lounge area has a bed settee. There is plenty of hot water, two bathrooms and heating works well so easy to dry clothing. There are about six steps up to the front door next to the outside balcony/seating area so wouldn't be suitable for those who struggle with steps. Le Pre village is largely unspoilt with just a pub which does good lunches and dinner on request. The ski lifts are a few minutes walk and you can virtually ski back to the front door. A car is needed for shopping but nothing else unless you want to venture further a field in the evenings. The village is on the edge of Les Arc Paradiski with direct access to a huge variety of runs and we had some brilliant skiing particularly close to the village on fresh snow before the rest of the area opened up. We will be definitely be back for more!

- Excellent apartment with all what you need for a ski holiday. - Ski-in and ski-out from the apartment. Possible to ski back for lunch for example. - Small quiet village with a nice bar and restaurant for after-skis etc.
