Go to our website: Thousand Birds Domaine Thousand Birds welcomes groups of 12 to 60 people: Wedding, Birthday, seminars, walkers, recreational centers (youth leisure and sport and PMI (children under 6 years). ... 3 renovated old farmhouse up the living space 550m2. a large 90m2 reception room can accommodate up to 80 people at the table. the professionally equipped kitchen can prepare meals or to hire a caterer. 14 rooms from 2 to 8 people total 60 beds. outside, the estate extends over 4 hectares and offers a vast wooded park of oaks, 2 petanque courts, 2 barbecue, children's swings, a covered terrace 30m2. Also in the 300m property buildings are 2 fish ponds to fish or just for a nice walk. the private car park can accommodate 40 cars.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Laurent (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
