Description

This is a luxury apartment in a 1st class Golf Resort ( special prices for residents in the complex) 10minutes from the mediterranean town of Vinaros, Valencia region. The resort is surrounded by lemon and orange plantations and the beautiful mountains of the Maestrazgo can be seen behind.

This new ground floor apartment has a big terrace provided with a plancha for outside cooking, sunchairs and garden with direct communication to the 1200m2 swimming pool, paddle, tennis, 100m2 jets swimming-pool and other amenities.Tennis courts (2) paddle courts (2) children'playgrounds, snooker, bar, etc...and all open to the residents and guests free. The golf courts (2) and Pitch and Putt can be used for a minimum fee for the residents and guests!

In the nearby town of Vinaros there is a bullfighting ring and many shops and churches and beautiful sandy beaches, bars and restaurants.The villages around the resort are typical Spanish where you can visit, drink or have a good Spanish lunch menu for

around 9€ wine included! There are some Middle-Ages towns and villages near-by as well as the Ebro river-delta where you can go birdwatching, swimming, fishing etc....

All kind of sports either on water (fishing, scuba-diving , jet-ski, etc...) or mountain (trekking, mountain bike, river canoeing etc...)

are available in the neighbourhood!

The town of Peñiscola and its castle is only 30kms away.

For discerning people this can be a very interesting and restful holiday.

Ten cuidado de tu familia y sobre todo de ti questàs en el frente como en la guerra. Os abrazamos y seguir bien. Nosotros volvimos del apartamento el dia 5/10 donde estuvimos 20 dias.
