It 'a new house in a beautiful position, surrounded by the Mediterranean in the olive groves, surrounded by a beautiful park. ideal for those who love peace and privacy, out of the confusion and near the sea. It 'a hill, 500 meters from Makris Gialos Beach in the island of Zakynthos. Around only woods and cicadas, the only home is a twin house, not far. It is reached via a dirt road, perfectly suitable for vehicles, rising from spiaggia.Nelle photos we can afford to even show the location of the house "from a distance", because everything is exactly as described! The services, some little shops and bars, are on the coastal road, about 800 meters. This place is ideal for those who love absolute privacy, silence, sea and wonderful views. E 'with nice and comfortable, it is not a "holiday home", but a place much loved and lived, where it is easy to be happy. It is not suited to the presence of animals, just because the garden is not closed to the outside. The garden is very large and safe, even for children, if any. For those who love the beach, you can spend the day among the terraces and garden, sea view, or walk on the hills overlooking, offering mystical landscapes, from ancient Greece: centuries-old olive groves, pastures, flocks, small villages and so much green.
