A modern, newly-built 140 sq.m home with tiled floors and a large open-concept living-dining area. It has three comfortable bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a fully-equiped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, , laundry facilities, a fireplace, air-conditioning and central heating in every room.
The house is equipped for entertaining large parties, spending time on the beach (beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs are available), and enjoying beautiful views from the second floor veranda.
Zevgolatio is an agricultural town with approx. 5,000 people, tavernas, coffeeshops, and a open-air farmer's market every week--all within a short walk of Ares' House. The beach is an approximate 7'-drive away. If you get tired of enjoying the beach you can take day-trips to exciting places such as The Delphi, the ancient theatre of Epidauros, the Acrokorinthos in the town of ancient Korinth, Picturesque town of Nafplio, the islands of Poros, Spetses, and Hydra, the mountains of Feneos, and of course, Athens.
