Spotlessly clean, private, modern apartment on a magnificent sunny, restful, rainforest property on the urban fringe of Auckland, New Zealand's major city.

Comfortable open-plan living & lounge area with a fully equipped self-catering modern kitchen. Quality Sealy Executive-Sleep mattress. Great air conditioning and BBQ. Generous continental breakfast provisions are provided for your first day or so, to get you started.

FREE UNLIMITED FIBRE BROADBAND has been enabled throughout the apartment.

Private, easy, ground-level access to the apartment and spacious decks wrap around two sides. Off-street parking is in the car-port at the front door.

There is a 700 year old Heritage Listed Kauri tree with a waterfall and stream running through the forest, native bird-life and interesting Glow Worm displays on site and it's only three minutes drive to Titirangi Village with cafés, galleries, grocery shop, restaurants. 10 minutes to local beaches, fantastic scenery, top golf course. The area offers a variety of great landscapes, birds & botanical material for photographers and artists, and grandparents love this place as a haven away from visiting their loved younger ones! Walking/jogging tracks at your door, and still only 25 min to Auckland CBD and airport.

Getting around

Public transport (buses) are available in Titirangi Village and Kaurilands Road - both require a 1 to 2 Km walk. Train is available in Glen Eden - 6 minutes by car. Generally guests have or hire a car.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Frances (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
