An opportunity to rent arguably one of the prettiest houses in Lulworth Cove. A unique large thatched cottage with sea views and plenty of character. Breach House offers spacious flexible holiday accommodation with 5 bedrooms, two of which have ensuite shower/baths and the third an ensuite toilet and wash handbasin. Great for families.

Very spacious lounge/dining area with wood burning stove to keep you cosy in winter!

Well equipped modern kitchen with range cooker, fridges , microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Fully centrally heated

The house has beautiful gardens set over four levels and offers plenty of patio, dining (seats 10) and seating areas to unwind. The patio area is safer and enclosed for children.

Breach House can be rented for a weekend or for to two weeks and is ideal for families, weddings at Lulworth Castle,meeting up with friends and walkers.

“Excellent”

We stayed at breach house for a long weekend with a group of friends and 4 young children. The location was perfect as Lulworth cove just down the road. Also shop and pub very nearby. The cottage was clean and spacious which was perfect for our group with large dining room table so we could all sit around and eat together in the evenings. Also allowed enough parking for 4 cars outside the cottage. Only downside would be the bedrooms were on the lower floor and living room above with just floorboards so very loud in the front 2 bedrooms which caused a few issues for us as people going to bed and getting up at different times due to the children. Wouldn’t be a problem if all going to bed and getting up at same time. Overall we had a excellent stay and would highly recommend breach house.
