Offering a large open plan kitchen and sunroom with patio doors to a private, enclosed garden. This house is perfect for a family or group of friends alike with a large living room, 2 doubles and 1 single room available.

“Superb house in great location”

A really comfortable, spacious house with great amenities, in a quiet residential area between Warrenpoint and Rostrevor, away from any noise but only a 15 - 20 minute walk from Warrenpoint. Fionnuala, the owner was very friendly and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again.

“Holiday rental in Warrenpoint”

This is a roomy and comfortable home. It has a large, modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a separate utility room. Lovely sun room and a quiet and spacious front room. Fionnuala was very friendly and helpful and ordered a baby bath support once it was confirmed a baby was coming. The house is in a quiet area with lovely views and a few minutes drive into the centre of Warrenpoint. Recommended highly for high quality family accommodation.
