“Great Tradition” We just returned from our third college retreat at Moose Hollow Lodge and could not ask for a better experience. The location is convenient yet secluded and serene. The lodge itself is comfortable and provides so much for entertainment, that several of our group never ventured out of the cabin- who needs go carts when you have Ms. Pacman! Not only was the lodge wonderful, but the staff was great and understanding. I recommend Moose Hollow to groups and will definitely be returning next winter.

“We Absolutely Loved It!” We absolutely loved the house- it was well taken care of and plenty of room. “Great Family Memories” We give this home an A+!! Everything about it from the appearance, to the owner (Liz), to the location, and the management company combine to give you unprecedented good customer service that insures a great experience. Everything is geared towards you! The house is actually even nicer than the pictures depict!! We had 5 adults and one child stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the layout. Our granddaughter squealed with delight when she saw the Mickey Mouse room. She even asked to go to bed several nights!! We enjoyed going to nearby outlet malls, Disney, Disney Springs, restaurants close by, and even grilling out on the patio while family members swam in the pool. The game tables in the garage provided some lively competition. The greatest compliment you can give a place is to say you would return again. When we come back to this area again, Pilgrim's Paradise will be at the top of our list to stay at again! Liz made everything run smooth and was a delight to work with!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful villa with our family!!

“Superb orlando villa - fantastic family home away from home” This was our first ever booking with HomeAway/VRBO and we were immediately drawn by the description, photos and other reviews on the site for Lakeview House. We decided to go for it (a family of 3 adults, 2 children) and the booking process was seamless - Derek, the owner, was in constant touch and with very useful information ahead of arrival. Although our flight from the UK had a bit of a glitch (meaning we arrived in the dead of night) we found the place without issue. There is always a nagging doubt with 'owner direct' type sites that pictures can be taken to flatter, or camera angles used to conceal. However, this is completely without warrant in this case and I can categorically guarantee that what you see in the pictures is absolutely what you get in real life! Think that wonderful vista over the lake behind Mickey and Minnie framing the fountain is an illusion? Absolutely not, it's that fantastic. Think the pictures of the pool and spa look too good to be true? Well believe it, we enjoyed them to the full. Games room really that capable? Oh yes, my son and I enjoyed the pool table and the air hockey immensely. This villa was perfect, and as travellers a long way from home, it was a joy to stay in. Location was excellent - to the west end of the '192' so great for driving to the parks and in a quiet and tidy residential street. As there is no-one immediately to the right of this villa (there's a small 'inlet' from the lake) there is a 'semi-detached' feel to it which adds to the sense of open-ness and space when out the back. Facilities were superb, kitchen well appointed, TVs everywhere. Missing 'ice hockey' pucks were spotted before we arrived and dealt with proactively - this villa is clearly well managed and Derek gave us a ring mid-stay to check everything was ok. Beds were comfy and air con and fans meant the villa was always a welcome and refreshing haven at the end of tough day in the parks. It was an intense two weeks for us as a family, as we were doing the Disney and Universal 'thing' to the max but the villa was everything we hoped for and more. We whole-heartedly recommend this villa either as a base for doing the Orlando 'Madness' or simply as somewhere to stay 24/7 and soak up the sun quietly. We will certainly return, God-willing, and if you're reading this and tempted to book, go ahead and bon vacances! Thanks you Derek and Julie for sharing your home with us. “Outstanding place for a great vacation!” I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The home was decorated beautifully and very conducive to a relaxing vacation. All the amenities of home. We could either relax by the pool overlooking the canal, or a quick drive to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. The welcome note and bottle of wine was a very classy touch. “Mickey Mouse Hut” Wonderful home. Everything you need for a home away from home. Pool was awesome. More than enough pool towels to use. Home was very spacious. Only complaint I had was it was not enough cookware to use to cook meals enough for a large group. Other than that small gesture, I give it 5 stars. “Perfect Luxury” Our 5-week stay at this vacation rental was absolutely perfect. The house was everything you could ask for and more. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in the last 20 or so years that we have been coming to anna Maria Island and I have to say this one was right at the top of the list. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could want. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Short walk to the beach. The owners were very nice to deal with and always responded quickly and were very warm and helpful. Definitely can recommend this vacation rental.

“Amazing Horse Property 10 Min from Beach” I traveled to the Ranch by The Sea with my family. We had a large group with age range from age 5 to 75 years of age. This is the perfect destination for any age. Bob the owner was a terrific host. He showed us everything we needed to know about how to use everything on the property. He also gave us suggestions of restaurants, bars, and best places to go to the beach which was very helpful since we were not familiar with the area. Anything we needed we just had to text or call him and he was available. There is plenty to do on the property no matter what age you are. There are many private rooms with tvs if you are just looking to relax and have some quite time. There are also many common areas to have fun with others to play pool, arcade games, ping pong etc and not disturb anyone else. There is a large patio with a fantastic view overlooking the pool and San Diego. Every evening around sunset you would see hot air balloons in the sky that would take off around Del Mar Race Track. There are also great sunsets to the west that fill the sky with vibrant orange and pink colors that everyone loved! Both the kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub. There is a shallow end and a diving board so a little bit for everyone. There is plenty of seating by the pool to watch the kids or just lounge and kick back and sun tan. If you are a horse lover this property is a must. There are horses on property with a large riding arena. The owner gave both kids and adults very fun and informative riding lessons. He is very knowledgeable about horses and riding. He is fun but informative and safe all at the same time. So whether you are an experienced rider or first timer everyone can have a great time. The house is very large with many different bedrooms. It is great because you can have a large group but everyone can have piece and quite and their own space which we all thought was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the San Diego area. We definitely didn't want to leave and will be coming back soon to do it again.

“Great property for the whole family.” It was a great property for the family and a very good location. But because of the cold weather during our stay we could only use the pool and spa one day, and in this time of the year the sun is only in one corner of the pool area.
