Welcome to Breezy Palms

Breezy Palms is a beautiful vacation home centrally located in the NW Cape Coral neighborhood on a wide gulf access canal with boat dock and lift. The home has a very private backyard and amazing views of the 200 + ft wide Alligator Slough Canal where a lot of wildlife can be watched.

Upon entering the front door, you will find a split floor plan featuring a living room for relaxing, den with a sleeper couch and desk next to the main bedroom as well as an open kitchen equipped with stainless appliances, copper sink and granite counter tops.  connected to the nook area and reading area. The home features many windows facing the lanai and pool area.

The three bedrooms (1 King bed and 2 Queens) as well as 2 full bathroom vacation Villa will offer your family plenty of space to relax and recharge.

The home is centrally located nestled in between many new homes and close to Punta Gorda or Cape Coral with its restaurants and stores. The quiet and tranquil neighborhood offers great options for walking. It is a boater’s paradise with the gulf access option and the boat dock and lift if you like to bring your own boat or rent one (we are available for recommendations)

This location is a convenient drive to all central settings in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, forty-five minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about fifty minutes to Florida International Airport.

Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.

Breezy Palms features beautiful décor and can fit up to 6 guests (possibly 8 on sleeper couch) in this very relaxed and comfortable set up.

For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.

The home is pet friendly with a fenced running corral for our furry friends. (There is a non-refundable pet fee)

The interior boasts plenty of light with windows facing the pool area and a glass door.

Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, or just watching amazing Florida wildlife from birds to fish, owls and maybe a manatee.

There is a seawall and a concrete dock for canal fishing.

Breezy Palms truly has it all. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.
