Description

Kingfisher Retreat is a luxury lodge on the popular Warmwell Holiday Park, set in a private cul-de-sac accessed via a barrier. It sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms plus there is a sofabed in the lounge should this be required. It boasts an open plan fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area with vaulted ceilings. A main bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room with large shower cubicle, a twin bedroom and the main bathroom with bath and shower over. It is double glazed and centrally heated, and has a utility room with washer/dryer.

On site there is a dry ski slope for all ages and abilities, and 'swissbobs' for the under 8's.

There is also an indoor heated swimming pool with flume and wave machine, 3 children's play areas, sports arena, amusements, pool tables, roller rink, mini ten-pin bowling, crazy golf, sauna and solarium also on site, plus 3 fishing lakes and a fully stocked fishing shop for hire of rods, nets and everything if you want to fish the lakes, and a fitness suite with treadmills, rowing machines and weights for the more energetic! Mountain bikes can also be hired.

Entertainment for all the family is available every night at The Venue on site, together with Hardy's Restaurant and a bar.

A mini supermarket and fish and chip shop are also to be found on site, and pizzas can be ordered from Huskys at the Ski Slope. The larger supermarkets will deliver to the lodge if required.

Children are well catered for with an indoor soft play area, multi sports court and outdoor adventure play areas.

The property will sleep up to 6 if using the sofabed in the lounge. A travel cot and highchair are provided in the lodge together with cot sides.
There are always friendly and helpful staff on site to deal with any problems that may arise.

There is parking for two vehicles, side by side immediately adjacent to the property.
The cul-de-sac is accessed via a barrier.

All bins must be emptied on vacating the lodge, and all beds stripped and bedding left with towels in the bath ready for removal by cleaners.

“Wonderful”

This lodge was the absolute perfect accommodation for our family. Set in a peaceful part of a scenic, well run and facilitated holiday resort. Watching a little rabbit hopping around a few meters away whilst drinking my morning coffee was bliss. The lodge itself was stunning and very well equipped with every appliance you could need and plenty of bedding and towels. The owner Pam is very quick to respond with any questions or queries. This place is a must! Whether it be a couples get away or a family holiday! My family and I cannot wait to come back!!

Myself and my partner were gutted to leave this beautiful lodge, had everything you could need for a few days away, lovely decor and just al round perfection. The site had loads to offer as well. Will definitely come again after lockdown. Thank you so much Pam so very happy didn’t want to leave.

“fantastic location close to weymouth beach great family setting”

We recently stayed in Kingfishers retreat what a surprise it was lovely very very clean everything you could think you need was there even milk and chocolates on arrival. The chalet was set in a quiet area but close to everything there, We had two small children with us so having the club and swimming pool etc close by was perfect. The chalet its self was lovely beds very comfortable with a tv in each room .Patio with table and chairs great for having your morning breakfast. Would highly recommend this place and wish we had booked for longer lol we cant wait to come back again, so thank you Pam :)

The area and holiday home are a lovely place to stay and visit. It is well kept and has a lot of places to go to near by. You can go to the beach with ease and there is fishing in the area.

How do damage deposits work?

If Pam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
