Weymouth has so much to offer.

This seaside town has cinemas, a theatre, a Sea-Life centre, the restored fort, a swimming pool complex, a ten pin bowling alley. The list goes on.

A trip to Weymouth wouldn't be complete without experiencing the Jurassic coastal walks. You may even discover a dinosaur fossil. The sheer variety of activities available to visitors will ensure, whether visiting Weymouth on a short break, or for a longer holiday, there will be something for everyone.

Weymouth has been left a legacy since hosting the sailing events for the 2012 Olympics. It's embraced the refurbishment, having millions of pounds spent on upgrading it. You too can try sailing, or go out on a chartered fishing boat. Or for the more adventurous there are white water rib rides bookable from the old harbour.

Admiralty House

Admiralty House is a striking grade II listed three storey townhouse.

Situated only a stone's throw away from the sandy beach and picturesque harbour, it is a just a short stroll from this location in the old town. The new town has friendly pubs, restaurants catering for every taste, and many shops.

On the doorstep, are coffee houses, tea-rooms and a patisserie. So if you fancy strolling out for a leisurely breakfast, whatever your taste, you won't be disappointed.

Admiralty House is a very large property, sleeping a maximum 26, it's an ideal setting for large family gatherings, party celebrations, hen and stag weekends and business events.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons a large group could need. This sociable space also has a generous table seating 24, making it ideal for dinner parties, catered meals or buffets.

The light and airy lounge, has a flat screen television and DVD player, with a good selection of DVD's, books and games. If anyone in your group can't bear to be torn away from their games console, a WII player and 15 games can be hired for a modest charge.

There is a courtyard garden, with chairs and tables, ideal for morning coffee or an alfresco lunch.

Admiralty House has seven large, bright and airy bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms. There is also flexibility for groups who wish to accommodate additional people.

All bathrooms have been recently been refurbished and are generous sizes.

We are a five minute walk from the mainline railway station.

Finally, we welcome all well behaved family pets for a small additional charge. There are excellent walks nearby and parts of the beach are made available for "walkies".

We are confident that you will enjoy your stay at Admiralty house.

Response from the owner The parking permits were delayed as this year Dorset has cut 15 staff to 1 Which resulted in us and many others facing a delay in receiving them , we reimbursed our affected guests at our own expense. The house is not fully disabled friendly but suitable for people with mobility issues. The housekeeper is on call if you need her. The house is clean and any issues are dealt with promptly. the house is clean and a great space as our many returning guests will testify.
