Description

Cuttermoon Lodge is a romantic rural idyll escape located on the edge of the beautiful village Little Witley, 8 miles west of Worcester, nestled in a peaceful apple, cherry and plum orchard surrounded by extensive lawns and magical nooks.

Cuttermoon Lodge is a unique log cabin lovingly constructed from renewable and sustainable Northern Scandinavian pine, fully insulated making it suitable for all seasons.

A veranda boasts a Rotospa Duo Spa two man hot tub, BBQ and table and chairs to watch the beautiful sunsets with a glass of Raspberry lemonade found in the welcome pack all sourced locally!

Towels and robes with slippers are provided along with toiletries and fresh eggs from our free range chickens. A freshly baked cake will greet you on arrival.

It is situated in the owners 2 acre garden/ orchard. Pets are very welcome and the owners would be very happy to pet sit whilst their guests go on long walks or for meals. There is a small one off fee for pets.

As a registered small holding, we do have some animals roaming so if you would like to bring a pet/pets then please let us know prior to arrival so that we can make any necessary arrangements.

Parking is available onsite for up to two cars. Please note that vehicles and contents are left at owners own risk.

Please not that we are surrounded by fruit farms and as such do have the occasional 'Crow Scarer' siren and tractor noise associated with living in the country.

NB. Please note that the hot tub is available to use throughout the year. It should NOT be used as a paddling pool or a toy therefore it is best to never allow children under the age of 8 to use the hot tub, due to the many risks including drowning, infection, and possible brain damage caused by the high temperatures. Never leave children unattended in or near a hot tub).

Although we do not request a security deposit, guests would be expected to cover the cost of any damage to high value items such as the hot tub & television etc.

Getting around

A car is necessary to get around however we will provided a recommended taxi service number so that you can have a drink with your meal and not worry about driving home.

Interaction with guest

The owners will be available on arrival but if this isn't possible then a key to Cuttermoon Lodge will be left in a key safe on the veranda post. The combination code will be sent to you before your arrival along with car parking information and location of the lodge itself. Please leave the key in the key safe on departure or with the owner if available.

“A Little Piece of Bliss”

My boyfriend and I hunted for ages for the perfect getaway. The criteria was a hot tub, wilderness, peace and quiet and just the two of us. We found Cuttermoon Lodge and it surpassed every expectation we had. We were able to bring Sonny (the pooch) who had the best time! The lodge is privately situated in wilderness at the end of Helen and Jon’s large garden. It is incredibly picturesque and sheltered. It was wonderfully warm as it was cold out, but would be incredible in the heat of the summer also. Helen and Jon have thought of everything, they are fun, incredibly generous and faultless hosts. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!! We will be back Xxx

“Fabulous weekend”

Just had a wonderful weekend at Cuttermoon lodge with our geriatric terrier Nelly. Hosts Helen, Jon and gorgeous labrador Rowley were so lovely and accommodating. The lodge is beautifully decorated and attention to detail makes it such a special place to stay. The spa under cover on the verandah just completed the relaxation. The lodge and surroundings are very dog friendly and we had a lovely time. Thank you Helen and Jon for the lovely hamper which was an extra kindness we enjoyed. We will look forward to returning in the future!
