Description

54 The Minnis is a beautifully refurbished chalet, and was completed in January 2017.

The chalet sleeps up to 4 people, having one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds. There is a through lounge, dining area and well equipped kitchen. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin. All rooms are fitted with radiators.

The chalet is situated on a quiet site within 13 areas of well maintained lawns.

Newly refurbished bar, restaurant and swimming pool, planned opening for the 2024 season.

There are stunning views overlooking Black Rock and Widemouth Bay beach. These are both within walking distance. The beautiful Town of Bude is 2 miles from the chalet where you will find cafes, bars, restaurants, stunning beaches (including Summerleeze Beach), shops and not to mention fantastic fish and chips and Cornish pasties!

Both beaches are ideal for surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding. There are fantastic coastal walks and Bude offers fabulous walks along the canal which is suitable for all.

We had such a lovely holiday, and the chalet was perfect - very comfortable, nicely decorated and perfect for our needs. Very clean and bright. It’s obviously well loved by the owners.

“Wonderful Retreat”

Having two small children this perfect little chalet was ideal for us for a week in the summer holidays. Reasonably priced, use of the onsite facilities which was great when we had a rainy day. Kids used the pool so still had fun. The summer holiday evening entertainment for kids was brilliant. Everyone so friendly and helpful, little park, shop, club house, swimming pool etc only a ten minute walk to the beach nearby. Pub around the corner down the road 5 mins great food also but book gets busy. The chalet itself has everything you need all mod cons great shower!! Totally reccommend.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
