“Wonderful cottage and location.” We have two young children and were looking for somewhere quiet, which could be a base for us to do days out from. This cottage was just wonderful. The fantastic picture window in the living room was a great feature, we loved watching the 'sheep races' in the evening in the field opposite. The facilities provided are of an excellent standard. We situation of the cottage is perfect for walks out, and trips out in the car to nearby attractions. We would not hesitate to recommend this cottage, we had a lovely holiday here.

“Relaxation with a great view” The house was brilliantly suited for us and my 80+ year old parents. They thoroughly enjoyed strolling along to Poole Quay to get a newspaper or have a coffee and a gentle walk round the lake in the nearby park was also enjoyable. It was great for us to have only a 10 minute walk to the pub. Best thing about the house was the wonderful view, just as good as described in the extensive info on the website. Link to Sainsburys for shopping delivery was brilliant ! Local trips to recommend : Brownsea Island and Compton acres National Trust garden.

“A pleasant week in Dorset” Ryecross was a clean well;appointed and comfortable cottage with avery pleasant outlook over the Blackmoor Vale. We enjoyed our very much in the local area and beyond to the coast. It helped to have good weather, but the cottage was of such a standard that if we had to stay in all day it would have been equally enjoyable. The only minor complaint was the lack of a large frying pan. Instructions for the microwave would have been helpful.

“Lavender Lodge was perfect in every way, lovely location quiet a” Greeted by the owners on our arrival made very welcome, showed us around lodge and made sure there was nothing else they could do for us. The lodge was in lovely condition and well equipped. The standard of furnishing was very good. The village was ideal location local pub and village store and a garage (2 min walk). What we liked most was the peace and quiet, a very relaxing Easter break.
