Description

House semi-detached 100 m2 labeled 2 keys (clévacances) at 50 m from the center and 5 min of the range walk. Internet access including: parking for 2 cars with barriers - garden of 400 m2 (barbecue - garden furniture - bicycle storage) ground floor: entrance hall - kitchen (oven - microwave - dishwasher - fridge freezer) - stay - living room with sofa - bathroom with tub and walk in shower - toilet - laundry with washing machine. Floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 2 p) - (1 bed 1 p 90X190) - (2 beds 1 p 90X190) Expenses electricity + water + wood are in addition to price (statements arrival departure) A deposit of 300 Euros will be required on arrival and returned the day of departure if no breakage. Electric heating. Beautiful views of countryside and sea Pets are not allowed due (allergy) and the house is non smoking and is located near hiking trails and not far from the village center. There is a bus to go to the nearest stations Calais Boulogne Marquise Frethun (TGV) (Eurostar) During your stay, it is possible to travel to Britain because located near the Channel Tunnel and companies ferry (Calais) or so in Belgium to 45 minute drive.
