Description

Woodlands Cottage is a beautiful detached bungalow, next to the owner's home set beside woodlands, in the village of South Clifton, between Lincoln and Newark. With one double bedroom, one twin bedroom plus an additional sofa bed in the lounge area, it sleeps five. There is also a bathroom with a walk in shower, a fitted kitchen, sitting room and dining area. The property has underfloor heating and a combi boiler. Outside there is plenty of off road parking and also a lovely, large garden with a patio area. Woolands Cottage is THE SAME PRICE ALL YEAR ROUND - £85.00 per night for the whole Cottage (sleeps up to 5 people) minimum 3 night stay. It benefits from open countryside surrounding it with Lincoln / Newark only 15 mins away.

“Beautiful Retreat”

Gorgeous cottage, comfy beds, modern bathroom with underfloor heating, warm in general perfect temperature throughout the cottage. So clean and equipped with everything you need for a night in cooking and watching tv or dressing table with mirrors if your getting ready for going out, comfy couches and elegant dining table and chairs. Exactly what we wanted and would go again, never saw the host but responded promptly to every message sent and was very accommodating. We went to Nottingham city for a busy day and walks and bike rides another day, great location to do both.

“Excellent accommodation and location”

This accommodation is an absolute gem. The location is perfect for peace, quite and tranquil. Within easy access to Newark and Lincoln. Exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything you need in a home and especially the kitchen. The owners are very nice and accommodating to needs. The photos on website do not do the cottage justice it’s far better. An absolute delight. We’ll definitely be returning and would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to recharge their batteries.

“Great cottage, great price”

My family and I just wanted to get away for a few days and this cottage was a great choice. It was very clean, fully equipped, and had a large main bedroom with king-size bed. The hosts live next-door and offered for us to let them know if we needed anything. Overall the cottage offers great value for money.

“Ideal”

We wanted a quiet base to explore the sights of the East Midlands. Woodlands cottage was spacious, well equipped and well maintained. The location is a small village just off a major route so we could be in Nottingham, Lincoln or Newark within a reasonable time. Lots of other places to visit, loved it. Our hosts were helpful but unobtrusive and nice to chat with. Thank you.

“Perfect”

Such a lovely property in a quiet location. Owners are only next door if needed but also allow you your own privacy. The property is gorgeous, the beds are extremely comfortable, the shower is very good and there are several little touches like books and board games to keep children happy. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

How do damage deposits work?
