Description
This villa apartment has its own entrance, located 20m away from the sea. The main bedroom, the living room and the patio enjoy unobstructed views of Xemxija Bay in the North of Malta. The patio can be used for outside dining. The property is fifteen minutes away driving from the Gozo Ferry. There are several restaurants around as well as a small convenience store. Public transport is easily accessible through a stop a few metres away from the apartment.

“Wonderful view”
Wow, the view from the balcony is awesome. The apartment is nice, we enjoyed the stay there a lot. Plus point that it is equipped with a washing machine.

“Sea view heaven”
How can I describe this apartment. Beautiful. It’s very spacious and has everything you need for your stay. The view from the balcony is heaven. Would definitely recommend this place. There are 2 supermarkets which cater for all your needs if you want to stay in and have a meal on the balcony al fresco and take in the view of Xemxija bay. Mary Anne who owns the apartment was very welcoming upon our arrival and was only a phone call away if needed. Thank you Mary Ann for letting us stay. Tracy and Shaun

Nice view over SCT. Pauls Bay. Nice appartment, good for 5 persons. Some trafic noice from the rose. Not a tourist place, so quite in the night. The landlord was friedly.
